Houses, new and proposed

Postby Rocker » Sat Sep 22, 2018 12:49 pm

All the talk about homelessness and the cost of housing has started me looking at open spaces and building works around the Borough. Yesterday on my way down Johnstown Road I came across an opening into a site Carraig Bui. I googled it and could find very little so went to the planning section of DLRcoco and here is the permission.

Yellow Nook Avenue, Johnstown Road, Cabinteely, Dublin 18

I had never heard of Yellow nook Avenue on Johnstown.
I am not afraid of tomorrow, for I have seen yesterday and I love today.

Good spot Rocker

If you know the small industrial site that accommodates the Patio Centre & Murphys Garden Centre etc. The site is to the left of this as you move in from the main road. Building on your link, the Plans are here.

Yes they look great, I just hope they are allocated to the most needy as opposed to the most pushy !
