When you go on a date or a job interview then you could inflate them accordingly

I totally agree Dancer I like the inflation and deflation idea a lot ! Great idea. wuu wuu wuu

Make all critical organs easy to replace, fixed with something like a bayonet catch. Upgraded organs to be retro compatible and installed when available.

Ha, you have just reminded my JW.....i was a weird child and used to have these vivid dreams, not scary, about going to the shops to replace body parts....  didn't dare tell anyone or they would have fetched the men in white coats.

Human teeth.....yikes....what a pain.
Baby is born with no teeth....ok
Baby is driven mad teething, eventually ends up with a set of teeth.
Then, several years later, the child loses these teeth (more pain) and grows adult teeth.
Then, these teeth need lots of attention, visits to the dentist, maybe fillings, extractions, dentures etc.
What a tale of woe!! :o
Improvement: Baby grows a set of teeth at 1 year ....teeth that develop as the years go by...never need to be repaired..replaced....perfect teeth for life....happy days. :D  :D  :D

Hair.....it grows and grows....doesn't know when to stop.
It has to be cut regularly...expense, nuisance...
Then, it starts to fall out...bald people....wigs.....David DXXXX Poxxx. :(
Then it starts to sprout out of your ears, nose, other. :( :( Shouldn't be allowed. :(
Improvement: Beautiful hair that needs no tending.  wuu wuu
