A Strum painting of Killiney Hill. And ehh no that Flora does not belong on the hill, the plants in the foreground are actually from my back garden!

Thanks Strum you made my day mate.

I have to confess to feeling a little heartbroken by the changing face of D/L but of course it has always been changing, just not this dramatically.

the shots of scotsmans bay area are just magic at least that is the same. Funny enough - and I'm deadly serious now, its funny how places and things from your child hod follow you always. I spen many many hours down there riding my bike, climbing, playing adventure games and watching the surf break. I have just built myself a new house, at the back of the house in a hill, to control that hill built (am building) a retaining wall. Now every morning I look out at that wall and feel proud (of course) but I also wonder how I was able to look at a pile of rocks and visualize this wall just as it has turned out. Thank you for posting the answer; Scotsmans bay.

I just shared this epiphone with my co-worker ....and we concluded that this is further proof that the inside of my head is akin to a big pile of rocks. :rfl:

Strum,

Excellent pictures again and looking forward to more from you guys, How about around the Fairgreen and the train station as most pictures are taken of the train and NOT the building.

Great photos, Strum, thanks.
Loved your post, Flatlad, re. the wall.
There is one little spot in South Bondi Beach that always reminds me of Scotsmans Bay and the Baths. Will try to get photo soon.

Nice set of shots there Strum, funny enough I was down by the seafront this morning and thinking of taking a few of the park but didnt get around to it, you have it well covered. We always fished off the West Pier years ago, for some reason it doesnt have the same appeal to me to fish off the East side.

Thanks Farmboy! :D
I only fished the West Pier once or twice but I do remember catching a "fish" one day that looked like an alien or something! Off the East Pier you could catch something that at least looked edible! :D
