This is what should be promoted by RTE instead of wasting tax payers money on imported garbage.

Went to see Don Mc Clean last night in Vicar Street,he was brilliant, sang all of his famous songs and some Buddy Holly,Roy Orbison and a couple of Elvis's. He came on at 9pm and was still playing after 11,really good entertainment. He mentioned that this gig was part of a world tour and that he'll be visiting Australia. I'd recommend to Bugrock and Spud to try and get to see him. Going in last night I expected he'd be playing on his own with maybe a pianoman in the background but he had 3 brilliant guitarist,a pianoman and a drummer, they were class. I kept thinking of Grammer and how he would have appreciated these top class musicians. There was a great rapport between Don and the band a sure sign that they were a real team.
