Roight I love this sog by Ewan Macoll or what ever the spelling, Britains finest folk singer from Scotland and Kirsty Macoll Da a story of Wigan I beleive. Great pub tune . Could not find the orignal but the Dubliners will do for me and I`m not ashamed to say it

Parody of Ewan McColl song Dirty Old Town.In this version it is a humorous parody version about Men, Women, drinking and smoking.

Dirty Old Time(Dirty old town)

verse 1

I met my girl at the Kelvin hall,
her teeth were brown, She wore Chanel,
I kissed that girl, with the nicotine smell,
Dirty old time, dirty old time.

Verse 2

Hash clouds were drifting, across the room,
Cats were smoking at my feet,
My dreams a girl, that can roll a fag,
Dirty old time, dirty old time.

Verse 3

I heard a siren it was the cops,
Flashes of blue, like disco de ja vue,
So many girls, in that smoky room,
Dirty old time, dirty old time.

Verse 4

Im gonnae build me a giant fag,
Make it bigger than the longest tree,
Smoke it down with all my friends,
Dirty old time, dirty old time.

:rfl:
