ST PATRICK'S DAY

Postby Sputnik » Wed Mar 17, 2010 5:32 am

Beannachtai La Feile Padraig agaibh.

It's started here already. Green cake for morning break (OK, I made it myself and have green dye on my hands to prove it. That stuff can't be good for you if it doesn't wash off!!).
The Sydney Opera House is to be bathed in green light tonight. Might sally in there and have a squizz.
Have a great day (off).

Sydney beats here in Melbourne Hands Up for celebrating. The Wowsers down here have had the temerity to insist that the Dan O'Connel Pub shut at 10.00 pm instead of midnight! What sort of bowsie does this?

Nice photo of the upside down kid and the Opera House. 8-)

I didnt have a drink Patricks Day or that night, didnt think it was a good idea cos of having to get up for work at 5 30 the next morning. However, might just make up for that tomorrow night ......a couple of San Miguel perhaps! :)
