Or perhaps a 'Health' topic would be good.
I think we should be able to talk about our aches and pains.
It helps to share a problem, right? It's part of Life....it's not all chocolates and roses, a bit of banter, or sympathy or helpful advice can be good when you're feeling low. dontknow

Try this, no excuses now. Trust me because I have a curvature of the spine at the base and if I hadn't learned this years ago I'd be in a wheelchair now. Note: Most back pain is from bad posture, even the way you're sitting at the computer reading this. ;)
Anyway, here's a simple exercise that takes little effort but you'll thank me, and you can do this whether you're sitting, in a queue, waiting for a bus...wherever.
Stand up now, GET UP and try it!
Stand up straight. Take a breath in while also pulling your stomach in..don't overdo it, that comes with practice, just take it easy.
Now squeeze your sphincter muscle and much as you can. (pretend you're dying for a crap or a wee and trying to hold it in) That's it!
Now tell me you didn't feel the muscles around the lower back strengthen in just one go. ;)
Oh yeah I forgot to say breathe out hahaha! :D
